Find Us!

We are tucked away in a secure building for your privacy and security so you can feel relaxed during your treatment. Please follow the steps below to find us but do not worry if you get lost, just ring us and one of our friendly team member will be happy to find you!

We are located on Level 1 inside the Enclave building (next to Studio Pilates & across the road from Coffee Club).

The entrance to the building is via Charlotte Street, please ensure that you buzz "3 and #" on the intercom (as the lifts will not unlock if you do not buzz the intercom prior to entering the building) and one of our friendly staff members will unlock the main door for you to enter the lobby and come up to Level 1.

There is also designated undercover on-site parking available for our patients - the parking entrance is via Charlotte Street (where the red arrow in the photo is pointing at). Otherwise, you can park at any of the other other visitor parking spaces in the Enclave building or the ample street parking spots available around the area.

To come up to level 1: 

*Please press the 1 button on the panel to your RIGHT as you enter the lift. (NOT the panel to your left upon entering the lift)

If you have a private health fund card, please make sure to bring it along with you to your appointment as you may be entitled to rebates depending on your cover. 

As we are a healthcare facility, we kindly ask that you do not bring any food or drinks into the clinic. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms/ are awaiting for results from a COVID-19 test/ are a close contact to someone with COVID-19, please kindly call us to reschedule your appointment ahead of time. 

As our clinic operates on an appointment-only basis and the nature of our appointments are of longer durations, we kindly request that you contact one of our friendly team members on (07) 3863 0635 48-hours prior to your appointment to make any amendments or cancellations to avoid any late cancellation fees. 
Our cancellation policy is just to ensure that other patients or patients on the waitlist for an earlier appointment will have an opportunity to attend the appointment time that you are rescheduling/ cancelling.
