We are located right next to CHEMIST WAREHOUSE.
There is a small alleyway separating us, and our entrance is right there!
There is a large parking site behind the building with ample parking available for our patients - the parking entrance is via Raymond Street.
Follow the signs down the alleyway to Chemist Warehouse and you won’t miss us!
If you have a private health fund card, please make sure to bring it along with you to your appointment as you may be entitled to rebates depending on your cover.
As we are a healthcare facility, we kindly ask that you do not bring any food or drinks into the clinic. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms/ are awaiting for results from a COVID-19 test/ are a close contact to someone with COVID-19, please kindly call us to reschedule your appointment ahead of time.
As our clinic operates on an appointment-only basis and the nature of our appointments are of longer durations, we kindly request that you contact one of our friendly team members on (07) 3863 0635 48-hours prior to your appointment to make any amendments or cancellations to avoid any late cancellation fees.
Our cancellation policy is just to ensure that other patients or patients on the waitlist for an earlier appointment will have an opportunity to attend the appointment time that you are rescheduling/ cancelling.
